Doug Tullio is a Managing Member of McCloud Communications, LLC and provides CEO coaching and strategic planning, guidance and financial counseling to chief executive officers and boards of directors.

Doug has expanded McCloud’s suite of programs and services by becoming a chairperson for TEC International. TEC is the pre-eminent worldwide organization delivering to its members a unique blend of business resources and personal support that helps to make the challenge of running and growing a business both fulfilling and meaningful. TEC is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of its chief executives while enhancing their lives. As a TEC chairperson, he provides continuous learning and development for CEOs, company presidents and business owners in a peer group setting. Doug also provides direct, one-on-one CEO coaching.

Over the past fourteen years, Doug has held the position of president, CEO and chairman within a number of publicly traded NASDAQ or American Stock Exchange companies. Doug has enjoyed significant success over this fourteen-year period and has gained a wealth of experience in all phases of executive and operational management. He provides exceptional insight into sales and marketing strategies, merger and acquisition transactions, and has been instrumental in large capital raises through public and private markets.

Doug received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Higher Education degrees from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
